Established in 2008, Goyal Malleables Private Limited is a structural steel manufacturer specialising in MS and HT steel angles and channels. Our focus on manufacturing consistency, product quality and dependable supply has helped us build a strong foundation in the steel industry.

Our Manufacturing Process

Built from the Ground Up.

Our integrated steel manufacturing process combines material selection, melting, continuous casting, hot rolling and quality control to produce structural steel sections. Each stage supports process consistency, product specification and reliable order fulfilment.

Raw Material

Steel scrap is selected and graded to support the required chemical composition and manufacturing quality.

Induction Furnace

The induction furnace melts the raw material, with process controls used to achieve the required steel chemistry.

Continuous Casting

Molten steel is cast into billets with controlled dimensions for subsequent rolling operations.

Hot Rolling

Billets are reheated and rolled into structural steel angles and channels according to the required product dimensions.
